Choreography and the start of a new semester

It's been a quiet(ish) summer for dance outside of the duet I'm building up to in September. But the start of a new month means that 2 of my classes start up again until Christmas and dance can completely take over my life again.

I've always been interested in Choreography though. I never thought about it too much until I started dancing with EDC though. Hana asks us to occasionally think of our own short phrases to music and I really enjoy it. I don't know if I have quite what it takes to choreograph a whole piece though. Saying that; I wouldn't mind giving it a shot.

I've been thinking about two songs in particular:



I couldn't do a 3 minute choreo to either - but there's sections in each that I have ideas for if I could get my hands on willing people. I'd probably need a bit more experience first nailing down a few more routines to get more and more ideas for my own; but it could happen!

Note to self: I need to re-sign for the class in town.
